A word to the Fernandina Beach and surrounding communities from me to you! I have been a
part of this community for about 6 years now. As a young child, I was introduced to this beautiful, unique island on family vacations. Then, as an adult, I continued the tradition with my own
children. Finally, after many years later, I am now happy to call Amelia Island home.
I have been fortunate to meet many folks here who have encouraged me to continue my practice
in the field of mental and behavioral health care. I have a well-rounded scope of practice using a
number of modalities and techniques to provide the most individualized care. I would call myself
a non-traditional person with an open mind who will listen, search, discover, and guide as we find
best solutions for your quality of life and a more “Sound Mind.”
